Turn a photo into a bead loom pattern

PicToBead turns a photograph into a seed bead weaving pattern for a loom, square stitch, peyote or brick stitch, with a bead count for every colour and a chart you can print.

How it works

1. Choose a photo and crop it.
2. Pick a stitch: loom or square stitch, peyote, or brick stitch. The pattern is drawn with the beads where they really sit, so peyote and brick charts are staggered.
3. Set the width in beads and the number of colours, from 2 to 32.
4. Make the pattern, fix any bead by hand, and print a chart tiled across pages or download the bead list.

Good to know

• Bead brand numbers aren’t shown yet. PicToBead only names a manufacturer’s bead once its colour data is verified, so for now the list gives each colour with its count and colour value.
• Your photo never leaves your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
