PicToBead is run by one person, so a reply may take a few days, but every message is read.
Especially useful to hear about
- Bead colour data. The catalogue currently ships placeholder colours, so no manufacturer product numbers are shown anywhere. If you have access to accurate published colour data for a real seed bead range and can point at where it came from, that is the single most useful thing you could send.
- A chart that came out wrong. Tell us the stitch, the bead width, the colour count, and roughly what the photograph was. The pipeline is deterministic, so a description of the settings is usually enough to reproduce exactly what you saw.
- Stitches we do not cover. A stitch is described by where it puts each bead relative to a plain grid. If you can describe that offset, it can usually be added.
- Printing problems. Charts are tiled across sheets at a constant bead size rather than shrunk to fit, so if a printed chart came out unreadable we would like to know the paper size and bead size you chose.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell beads, and we cannot advise on which supplier to buy from or identify a bead from a photograph.
